Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the scope of the journal and demonstrate originality, scientific rigor, and relevance to the advancement of knowledge in the respective discipline. Submissions must represent unpublished work that is not under consideration elsewhere. The journal considers a range of article types, including original research articles, review papers, short communications, case studies, and invited editorials, all of which are subject to editorial evaluation and peer review.

Manuscripts must be prepared in clear, scholarly English, maintaining a high standard of academic writing and linguistic accuracy. Authors whose first language is not English are strongly encouraged to seek professional editing services prior to submission. The manuscript should be formatted using standard A4 page size, with one-inch margins on all sides, in Times New Roman font (12-point), and with 1.5 or double line spacing. All pages must be numbered consecutively.

The manuscript should be structured in a logical and coherent manner. A separate title page must include the full title of the manuscript, names and affiliations of all authors, and complete contact details of the corresponding author. The main document should begin with an abstract of 150–300 words, clearly summarizing the purpose, methodology, principal findings, and conclusions of the study, followed by 4–6 relevant keywords. The body of the manuscript should typically include the following sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods (or Methodology), Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. Where appropriate, authors may combine or modify these headings to suit the nature of the research. Acknowledgments, if any, should be included prior to the reference list.

Figures and tables must be presented in a clear and consistent format and should be numbered sequentially in the order of their citation in the text. Each figure and table must include a concise and descriptive caption. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all graphical elements are of high quality, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Redundant presentation of data in both tabular and graphical form should be avoided.

All references must be accurate, complete, and formatted according to the citation style prescribed by the journal (e.g., APA, Vancouver, or Harvard). Authors must ensure that all sources cited in the text are included in the reference list and that all references are verifiable. The use of recent and relevant literature is strongly encouraged to support the scholarly context of the manuscript.

The journal adheres to strict policies regarding publication ethics and academic integrity in line with internationally recognized standards such as those of the Committee on Publication Ethics. Submitted manuscripts must be original, and any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, is unacceptable. All submissions may be subject to plagiarism detection screening. Authors must properly acknowledge the work of others through appropriate citation and referencing practices.

Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made substantial contributions to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the research. All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors are appropriately included and that all communication with the journal is conducted transparently. Any changes in authorship after submission must be justified and approved by all authors and the editorial office.

Research involving human participants or animals must comply with applicable ethical standards and regulations. Authors must provide a statement confirming that appropriate ethical approval has been obtained from a recognized institutional review board or ethics committee, where applicable. Informed consent must be obtained from all human participants. Any potential conflicts of interest, financial or otherwise, must be clearly disclosed at the time of submission.

All manuscripts are subject to a rigorous peer-review process, which may be conducted on a single-blind or double-blind basis, as determined by the journal’s editorial policy. The editorial board reserves the right to make the final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of submitted manuscripts. Authors are expected to respond to reviewers’ comments in a timely and professional manner and to revise their manuscripts accordingly.

Upon acceptance, authors may be required to transfer copyright or agree to publication under a specific licensing agreement, depending on the journal’s policies. Any applicable article processing charges (APCs) or publication fees will be clearly communicated to the authors. Waivers or discounts may be granted at the discretion of the journal.

Following publication, authors are responsible for notifying the journal promptly of any significant errors or inaccuracies in their published work. The journal will take appropriate action, including issuing corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern, in accordance with established publishing standards. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm their adherence to these guidelines and their commitment to maintaining the highest standards of scholarly publishing.
