Time management has become a critical competency for managers in modern organizations, where increasing workloads, tight deadlines, and complex responsibilities demand efficient use of time. various time management strategies and their impact on managerial efficiency, focusing on how effective planning, prioritization, and resource allocation enhance productivity and decision-making. time management techniques such as goal setting, task prioritization, delegation, scheduling, and the use of digital tools. Strategies like the Eisenhower Matrix, time blocking, and Pareto analysis (80/20 rule) are analyzed to understand their role in improving managerial performance. Effective time management enables managers to focus on high-value tasks, reduce stress, and improve work-life balance, thereby enhancing overall efficiency. managers who adopt structured time management practices are better able to meet deadlines, optimize resource utilization, and maintain control over their responsibilities. Additionally, efficient time management contributes to improved leadership effectiveness, as managers can allocate sufficient time for strategic thinking, team development, and decision-making.
